Hi,

My name is Russ Chard and this is my Japanese garden blog on WordPress.

It is a blog that has been online for many years and I post regulalrly to help people like you understand about Japanese gardens.

Purists would say with some justification that Japanese gardens should be left to the experts BUT in my experience many many people around the world wish to add a touch of Japan to some of the yard or garden.

I try and help people imagine and create their own ‘Japanese Style Garden’ – a big difference!

Of course I do have a lot of information for the more traditional approach to creating a Japanese garden.

I have writte 4 book on spaects of Japanese gardens that you can find on Amazon – just search my name and they will appear.
